Oil Pump Rotor
Oil pump rotors require high dimensional stability between the inner and outer rotor. BLUE manufactures powder metal oil pump rotors in grades such as MPIF FC-0205, FC-0208, FN-0208, and FL-4205, with good wear resistance and reliable production consistency. After sizing, our sintered oil pump rotors can achieve higher dimensional accuracy for stable pump performance.

Oil Pump Gear
Oil pump gears are typically produced as meshing gear pairs that transmit rotation and build oil pressure within the lubrication system. The accuracy of the tooth profile directly affects pump efficiency, running smoothness, and service life.
BLUE supplies powder metal oil pump gears in materials including MPIF FC-0205, FC-0208, FN-0208, and FL-4205. These materials are suitable for oil pump gear applications that require strength, wear resistance, and stable quality in volume production.

ABS Sensor Ring
An ABS sensor ring, also known as a tone ring or reluctor ring, is a toothed or magnetic ring installed on a vehicle’s wheel hub, CV joint, or axle shaft.
BLUE ‘s ABS sensor rings are widely used in passenger cars, light trucks, heavy trucks, and SUVs for wheel speed sensing applications.
Our ABS sensor rings are ready in stock with no mold development required and are made from pure iron powder (MPIF F-0000) for superior magnetic performance.

Water Pump Pulley
BLUE manufactures powder metal water pump pulleys in a wide range of sizes and structures for automotive cooling systems. As a rotating transmission part, the pulley must maintain stable operation under belt drive, with good concentricity, dimensional control, and mechanical reliability.
For applications that need better surface performance, steam treatment can be applied after sintering. This treatment forms a uniform black oxide layer on the part surface, giving the pulley a more consistent appearance while improving corrosion protection and increasing surface hardness.

Timing Pulley
Under the strict control of IATF 16949:2016 standards, our timing pulleys meet the highest quality requirements.
Our timing pulleys are precisely manufactured with a core hole tolerance of ±0.015 mm and verticality within 0.025 mm, ensuring a high-precision fit with the crankshaft.
BLUE offers timing belt pulleys with both trapezoidal profiles (including MXL, XL, L, H, XH, and XXH series) and curvilinear tooth profiles such as HTD (High Torque Drive), GT2, and GT3.
To enhance timing pulleys mechanical properties, we provide a variety of surface treatments, including steam treatment, electroplating, resin impregnation, and Dacromet.
Timing Sprocket
Our timing sprockets are manufactured under an ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certified quality management system.
We supply timing chain sprockets with precise tooth profiles and hole dimensions, helping achieve accurate engagement with the chain and proper fit with the camshaft or crankshaft.
Our timing chain sprockets are surface hardened to around 40 HRC for improved strength and wear resistance.
After sintering, the density can reach up to 7.0 g/cm³, giving the parts good mechanical properties for demanding applications.
Shock Absorber Part
BLUE manufactures a wide range of sintered shock absorber parts, including shock absorber pistons, base valves, and rod guides for automotive suspension systems. These components require stable dimensions, good wear resistance, and reliable strength to support smooth damping performance and long service life.
To improve functional accuracy, sizing is applied after sintering to achieve better dimensional control and surface precision. Steam treatment is also available as a secondary operation, providing a more consistent surface appearance while improving corrosion resistance and increasing surface hardness for demanding working conditions.
Synchronizer Hub
We manufacture powder metal synchronizer hubs for automotive transmission systems. We have produced this type of part in different sizes and structures, with attention to spline accuracy, tooth profile control, and dimensional stability to support smooth gear engagement.
To meet functional requirements, synchronizer hubs can go through secondary operations such as sizing, machining, and hardening after sintering.
These processes help improve dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and wear resistance. After hardening, the surface hardness of our synchronizer hubs can exceed 40 HRC, making them suitable for demanding transmission applications.
Synchronizer Ring
A synchronizer ring is a transmission part that helps match the speed of the gear and the synchronizer assembly before engagement. It reduces shift shock, supports smoother gear changes, and helps improve shifting performance.
BLUE manufactures sintered synchronizer rings for automotive transmission applications. With powder metallurgy, complex shapes can be formed with good dimensional consistency, making it suitable for high-volume transmission parts.
Our synchronizer rings can be further processed through sizing, machining, and heat treatment based on product requirements. This helps improve dimensional accuracy, wear resistance, and overall reliability in demanding operating conditions.
Valve Seat
BLUE manufactures powder metal valve seats for different engine applications. These parts provide a durable sealing surface for the engine valve and must withstand repeated impact, high temperature, and wear during operation.
Our valve seats are used not only in conventional engines, but also in heavy-duty diesel engines and engines running on compressed natural gas, alcohol fuel, and liquefied petroleum gas.
To meet different working conditions, anti-friction materials can be added to our sintered valve seats to improve self-lubricating and anti-friction performance. Heat treatment can also be applied to increase hardness and wear resistance.
VVT Sprocket
BLUE manufactures powder metal VVT sprockets for a wide range of automotive engine applications.
Our VVT sprockets are made from pre-alloyed steel powder metallurgy materials and can reach a density of up to 7.0 g/cm³ after sintering.
These parts feature precise tooth profiles and hole dimensions to support accurate camshaft timing and stable engine performance.
We supply a wide range of standard VVT sprockets for the aftermarket, covering brands such as Toyota, Honda, Mazda, Volkswagen, BMW, Audi, and Land Rover.
