Mold Design

With over 20 years of experience in powder metallurgy mold design and machining, our engineering team can support parts such as oil pump gears, oil pump rotors, pulleys, flanges, bushings, and other sintered components.
Our mold design process considers powder compacting, demolding expansion, sintering shrinkage or expansion, and reserved sizing allowance after sintering. BLUE can provide 2D design drawings for review before mold production, helping customers reduce development risk and improve production feasibility.
Powder Metal Manufacturing
BLUE supplies sintered metal parts for automotive, motorcycle, home appliance, textile machinery, power tool, garden tool, and lock hardware applications. Our production covers structural parts, gears, oil-impregnated bushings and bearings, and other precision powder metal components. You can select from our standard powder metal parts without new mold development or tooling costs. This helps reduce project lead time and supports faster sample testing or small-batch verification. After compacting and sintering, we apply different post-sintering processes to improve dimensional precision, surface condition, corrosion resistance, lubrication performance, and overall part functionality.
We complete many secondary operations in-house to support stable quality control and efficient production. Our capabilities include CNC machining, automatic sizing, oil impregnation, copper infiltration, sandblasting, vibratory finishing, and Dacromet coating for sintered metal parts.
